Ingredients
- 4–6 slices Cucumber, ¼ inch thick
- ¼–½ tsp Cumin Seeds, lightly crushed
- 3–4 leaves Mint
- 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- ⅛ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)
- 6–8 tbsp Filtered Water
- Ice
Directions
- Slice cucumber and lightly crush cumin with flat of knife.
- Muddle cucumber, cumin, and mint in a shaker/jar 8–10 times until juice pools.
- Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and optional ACV; stir to dissolve.
- Add ice and shake 10–12 seconds (or stir 20 seconds) until chilled.
- Strain into tall glass with fresh ice (fine strain optional).
- Top with filtered water; taste and adjust: more maple = sweeter, more lemon = brighter, more cucumber = fresher.
