Ingredients

  • 4–6 slices Cucumber, ¼ inch thick
  • ¼–½ tsp Cumin Seeds, lightly crushed
  • 3–4 leaves Mint
  • 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Slice cucumber and lightly crush cumin with flat of knife.
  2. Muddle cucumber, cumin, and mint in a shaker/jar 8–10 times until juice pools.
  3. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and optional ACV; stir to dissolve.
  4. Add ice and shake 10–12 seconds (or stir 20 seconds) until chilled.
  5. Strain into tall glass with fresh ice (fine strain optional).
  6. Top with filtered water; taste and adjust: more maple = sweeter, more lemon = brighter, more cucumber = fresher.
