Ingredients
- 1 small handful Mint (6–8 leaves)
- ½ tsp Coriander seeds (lightly cracked)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1½ tbsp Maple syrup
- 6–8 tbsp Filtered water
- Ice
Directions
- Crack the coriander seeds by pressing lightly with the flat of a knife; do not crush into powder.
- Muddle mint and coriander in a sturdy glass 6–8 times to release oils.
- Add lemon juice and maple syrup; stir 5–10 seconds to dissolve.
- Fill glass with ice and filtered water; stir 15 seconds until cold.
- Taste and adjust: more lemon for brightness, more maple for smoothness.
- Garnish with a mint sprig by smacking it between your palms.
