Ingredients
- 2–3 Cardamom pods, cracked
- 2 tbsp Hot water
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate concentrate
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- Ice
Directions
- Crack cardamom pods gently with the side of a knife.
- Steep cracked pods in 2 tbsp hot water for 2–3 minutes to make an infusion.
- Strain infusion into shaker; add pomegranate, lemon juice, maple, and salt.
- Add ice and shake 12–15 seconds to aerate and chill.
- Strain into chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Optional: express lemon peel over top; adjust maple to taste for a rounder finish.
